By accessing or using the Website, including browsing its content, booking an appointment, purchasing services, or communicating with us through the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Website.

3. Appointment Booking

Appointments may be booked through the Website, a third-party booking platform, or by any other communication method, including Instagram, Facebook, SMS, WhatsApp, telephone, or any other messaging platform.

By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate information and to comply with all of our policies, including those relating to cancellations, appointment modifications, and late arrivals.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or reschedule an appointment, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of our services, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with our policies.

4. Cancellation, Modification, No-Show, and Late Arrival Policy

In order to respect the time of both our team and our clients, the following rules apply:

4.1 Appointment Cancellation or Modification

Any cancellation or modification must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Any cancellation or modification made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a charge equal to 100% of the price of the reserved service.

4.2 Missed Appointment (No-Show)

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the reserved service.

4.3 Late Arrival

• Arriving 10 minutes or more late may result in your service being shortened or modified in order to maintain the scheduled timetable. The originally agreed service price will still apply.

• Arriving 25 minutes or more late (or 15 minutes or more late for a manicure or pedicure without polish) may be considered a no-show. In such cases, your appointment may be cancelled, and a charge of 100% of the cost of the reserved service may apply.

4.4 Payment Authorization

By booking an appointment through any method, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for any applicable fees resulting from a late cancellation, late modification, late arrival, or failure to attend your appointment.

5. Payment

Payment for services may be required either at the time of booking or at the time the services are provided, depending on our current payment policy.

By providing a payment method, you confirm that you are authorized to use it and authorize us to charge all applicable amounts relating to the reserved services, including any fees described in these Terms.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or terms of use of such providers.

6. Refunds and Adjustments

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all services provided and purchases made are considered final.

If you believe that a billing error has occurred or that there is an issue with a service you have received, please contact us within a reasonable period so that we may review your request.

Any request for a refund or adjustment will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Website Content

All content available on the Website, including but not limited to text, photographs, images, videos, logos, graphics, trademarks, designs, and other materials (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of Russian Nails or is used under license.

The Content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Website may be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7.2 Artistic Creations

Nail designs, techniques, artistic creations, and other works created by our team may be protected by intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all rights relating to original works created by our technicians remain the property of Russian Nails.

7.3 Photographs and Promotional Content

To promote our services, we may take photographs or record videos on our premises. These images may include hands, nails, or the results of the services provided.

By receiving our services, you acknowledge and agree that such photographs or videos may be used for promotional, advertising, social media, website, or other marketing purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in any photographs or videos, you must notify us before the start of your appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

8. Right to Refuse Service

To ensure the safety, well-being, and comfort of our clients and staff, we reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an appointment, or ask a person to leave the premises, including, but not limited to, the following circumstances:

• aggressive, threatening, harassing, or disrespectful behavior toward our staff or other clients;

• intoxication or any condition that may compromise safety;

• refusal to comply with our policies or the reasonable instructions of our staff;

• actual or suspected fraud;

• any situation that may compromise the quality of our services, hygiene, or safety.

If time has been reserved for your appointment or the service has already begun, cancellation or no-show charges may still apply.

9. Limitation Regarding Service Results

We are committed to providing our services professionally and in accordance with recognized industry standards.

However, results may vary from person to person due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• the natural condition of your nails and skin;
• previous treatments or services;
• certain medical conditions or sensitivities;
• aftercare habits following your appointment;
• normal wear and tear resulting from everyday activities.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Website:

• in any manner that violates applicable laws;
• to infringe upon the rights of others;
• to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
