Privacy Policy

1. Purpose of the Policy

We place great importance on protecting the personal information of our clients, employees, and business partners.

This Privacy Policy is intended to ensure the confidentiality, security, and transparency of the handling of personal information in accordance with the applicable laws of Quebec and Canada, including the Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

2. Collection of Personal Information

We collect certain personal information when you book an appointment, purchase a product or service, contact us, or use our website or social media platforms.

This information may include your name, telephone number, email address, mailing address, payment information, appointment history, and service preferences.

Certain technical information, such as your IP address, device type, and browsing data, may also be collected automatically when you use our website to improve your user experience and the quality of our services.

3. Use of Personal Information

We use your personal information to manage your appointments, provide the services you request, process your payments, and communicate with you when necessary.

With your consent, we may also send you promotional offers, special promotions, or updates regarding our services.

We collect and use only the information necessary for these purposes and make every reasonable effort to keep your information confidential and secure.

4. Consent

We take the protection of your personal information very seriously.

The information you share with us is used solely to provide you with an exceptional experience, manage your appointments, and communicate with you when necessary.

With your permission, we may also send you promotions, news, or special offers.

Please be assured that your information remains confidential, secure, and is handled with the utmost care.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us directly.

5. Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Certain information may be shared only when necessary with our trusted partners, such as appointment booking platforms, payment service providers, technology partners, or public authorities when required by law.

When you have accepted the corresponding cookie purposes described in section 8, limited information about your visit is also shared with Google LLC (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta Platforms, Inc. (the Meta/Facebook Pixel), for measurement and advertising purposes. These providers are located in the United States, which means this information is stored and processed outside Quebec and may be subject to the laws of that country. They receive the pages you view and the services you book, including the price and a booking reference. They do not receive your name, email address or telephone number.

All of our service providers are required to comply with strict confidentiality and security obligations to protect your personal information.

6. Data Protection and Security

We implement a variety of security measures to protect your personal information.

Technological Measures

  • Secure access to our systems.

  • If you make an online payment, your credit card information is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Payment information is retained only for the time necessary to complete the transaction.

  • We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to protect your personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

  • Sensitive information transmitted online is protected using SSL encryption technology.

Physical Measures

  • Restricted access to records

  • Protection of electronic devices and paper documents

Administrative Measures

  • Staff training

  • Internal privacy and confidentiality policies

7. Data Retention and Destruction

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable law. When personal information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or destroyed.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for three distinct purposes. Only the first is active by default.

Strictly necessary

  • Maintaining your session, keeping a booking in progress, and recording the cookie choice you make. These are required for the site to work and cannot be turned off.

Site measurement — inactive until you accept

  • Google Analytics 4, to count visits and understand which pages and services people look at, so that we can improve the site.

  • A first-party identifier that we set ourselves, so that a returning client is not counted as a brand-new visitor on every visit.

Advertising — inactive until you accept

  • The Meta (Facebook) Pixel and the Google Ads tag, which let us measure how many bookings our advertising produces and show our advertisements to people who have visited this website.

  • These receive the services booked, their price, and a booking reference. They do not receive your name, email address or telephone number.

Measurement and advertising cookies are deactivated by default and are activated only by your explicit choice, as required by Quebec law. On your first visit each purpose is offered to you separately: accepting site measurement does not activate advertising.

You may change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. You may also disable cookies through your browser settings.

If an incident involving your personal information presents a serious risk, we will act promptly to minimize the risk and provide you with transparent communication. We will also notify the appropriate authorities when required by law.

9. Your Rights

In accordance with applicable laws, you have the right to

  • access your personal information

  • request correction of your personal information

  • withdraw your consent

  • request the deletion of certain personal information where permitted by law

10. Privacy Officer

The person responsible for the protection of personal information is responsible for ensuring compliance with this Privacy Policy and for handling all privacy-related requests.
