Automated Cleaning & Thermal Disinfection
Every instrument undergoes a fully automated processing cycle in our Tuttnauer Tiva 2 TD Medical Washer Disinfector.
The cycle includes:
- Professional washing and removal of contaminants
- Deep cleaning of instruments
- Thermal disinfection
- Rinsing with demineralized water
- Drying with hot filtered air
At the end of the cycle, instruments are completely clean, fully dry, and disinfected.

Individual Sealed Packaging
After processing, every instrument set is individually sealed in a medical sterilization pouch with sterilization indicators.
This ensures that sterility is maintained until the moment the package is opened for your service.

We use a Tuttnauer Class B Medical Autoclave — the gold standard of sterilization used in hospitals, medical clinics, and dental practices.

Sterile Storage & Opening in Front of You
A fully disinfected and sterilized set of instruments is individually prepared for each client.
All tools remain sealed in sterilization pouches until your appointment and are opened directly in front of you at the beginning of your service, ensuring complete sterility and peace of mind.
